Location: Linz city centre – Bürgerstraße (opposite Casino Linz)

Start: immediately

Employment: self-employed / fee-for-service (invoice)

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive person to manage our centrally located holiday apartment—from cleaning and turnover to guest communication on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Your responsibilities:

Clean and prepare the apartment after each stay

Change linens and towels

Check for cleanliness, damage, or missing items

Communicate with guests (check-in/check-out, questions via Airbnb & Booking.com)

Handle small on-site tasks (e.g., restocking supplies, coordinating tradespeople, key handover)

Ensure the apartment is always in top condition

What you’ll bring:

Experience in cleaning (ideally in Airbnb/hospitality)

Friendly, professional demeanour

Strong written communication skills

Reliability, ownership, and organisational skills

Flexibility around check-ins and check-outs

Smartphone and basic Airbnb/Booking know-how (training possible)
